A vibrant primary school in Barking and Dagenham is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage 1 team this January. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored learning support through one-on-one and small group sessions for Key Stage 1 students.

  • A passionate and committed individual with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Patience, resilience, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
  • A relevant qualification or a willingness to undertake training is desirable.
