We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Barking & Dagenham. Whether you're seeking a long-term role or the flexibility of daily supply work, we have opportunities tailored for you!

You will:

• Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with SEN, helping them achieve their learning goals.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Use your creativity and initiative to support pupils' personal and academic development.

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties).
• A proactive, nurturing, and patient approach to supporting pupils.
• A willingness to adapt and work in various educational settings.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential).
