Assistant Stage Hand

We have an Excellent opportunity for an Assistant Stage Hand to join a world leading Film and TV Studio. With significant growth over the last few years and strong presence all-over the globe, this company can offer excellent career prospects and opportunities to the right candidate
Duties and Responsibilities for the Assistant Stage Hand:
- Works closely with production on a daily basis, supporting all production-related needs and requests
- Monitor and manage stages, support offices, construction mills and facility locations
- Providing quotes to production for any production services requests
- Oversee daily stage logs and studio reports
- Client tours and meetings; Show around facilities to all potential clients
- Understand the background of the client, the nature of their production
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key client/production contacts and crew
- Liaises closely with the facilities team on a daily basis reporting any potential issues and finding solutions
- Coordinate daily with production on all prep and shooting schedules to ensure their is adequate coverage at the studio
- Review, track and maintain the purchase order log by liaising with the accounts team to ensure they have the correct information for producing purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Assist Marketing with special events as needed (seasonal decorations, tenant gifts, events, etc.
Experience/Skills required for the Assistant Stage Manager/Stage Hand:
- Previous experience as a Stage Manager/Stage Hand within the Film, TV, theatre or entertainment industries
- team leading experience would be an advantage however not essential
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
