Job Title: Food Production Operative

Location: Barking

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Working Hours:

  • Shift timings: 09:00 - 18:00 (flexibility required)
  • Workdays: Sunday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Peel, chop, and prepare a variety of fruits and vegetables to meet daily production targets
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures for food safety and hygiene
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of all prepared fruits and vegetables
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of waste
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and fulfill customer orders
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding any issues or concerns
  • Assist in inventory management by reporting shortages and replenishing supplies as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment
