Tradewind is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery in Barking and Dagenham.

This nursery offers an enriching, child-centred environment designed specifically for babies, toddlers, and pre-school-aged children. • Plan, create, and implement engaging activities tailored to individual key children to promote developmental milestones.

• Full and Relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience working with children (e.g., Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant).
• Passion for creating fun and engaging learning experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, colleagues, and parents.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
