Your new roleWorking Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: rolling contracts to start asap

Pay rate: £30/hour umbrella or £25.60/hr gross inc. holiday pay.

As a Band 6 Health Visitor, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the safety and well-being of children by identifying and addressing potential risks.

Assessing and intervening in cases where children are at risk of harm.

Managing the transfer of care for children moving into the service area.

Conducting health assessments and reviews for children and families.

Evaluating the health and developmental needs of children.

What you'll need to succeedSCPHN qualificationExperience in conducting health assessments for newborns.

A strong understanding of child health and developmental milestones.

The ability to consider the needs of the whole family when planning and delivering care.

Expertise in identifying safeguarding risks and taking appropriate action.

Excellent communication skills for making referrals and liaising with other professionals.

The ability to work with minimal supervision and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using Rio system.
