Temp Station are excited to announce we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our existing team working in our Transport yard in Barking (IG11). Helping to manage administration for both our trucks and drivers and providing excellent service to all of our clients nationally.

The role:

-Debrief drivers with job details

-Data inputting onto the customers system

-Daily use of our internal systems for payroll

-Sending emails and answering the phone

-Completing Weekly driver Payroll (taking hours from timesheets daily)

-Complete weekly parking tracker for all southern based units

-Collating documentation for new drivers to ensure we are legally compliant

-CV Searching and recruitment followed by in person interviews

-Keeping up to date with DVLA checks for all drivers

-Complete AdBlue tracker daily/weekly

-Weekly rate confirmations to Subcontractors

-Fuel Card tracker

-Digi Tachograph downloads for both drivers & vehicles

-Adhere to all legal requirements and company site safety rules and regulations.

Preferred Educational Background:

- Maths and English

-Technical Skills

-Good working knowledge of Microsoft office/Excel

-Good communication and customer service skills

-Some experience from a similar environment preferred.

-Working knowledge of UK Road Network and Geographical areas is an advantage but not essential

-Ability to work under pressure and cope with high volume workloads and different times .

-Good team player with ability to work on individual tasks
