Regional Underground Utility Surveyor / Tracer
Location: Site Based
Coverage: UK (London & Home Counties). You will be expected to work the occasional weekends and nights
Role Description:
The Underground Utility Surveyor / Tracer willensure that areas of excavation have been thoroughly surveyed in conjunction with the provided utility drawings. To work proactively with all levels of management, so to establish and maintain a safe system of work and a safe environment for colleagues and clients.
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role and fully competent using RD equipment
- It is essential that you have previous experience locating utility apparatus and that you are able to read and understand drawings to a high standard.
- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills.
- Must be qualified with NRSWA and CSCS and/or EUSR (core) accreditation
- Full valid UK driving licence.
Qualifications / Competency:
- Proficient use of C.A.T & Genny (ECAT4+/GCAT4+ as a minimum) and understanding and interpreting Utility Drawings.
- Minimum 3 years highways and/or utilities experience in a utility marking capacity
- Street Works qualification (minimum unit 1-3).
- Competent in Word and Excel.
