Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultations for a diverse patient population
  • Manage long-term conditions and provide continuity of care
  • Deliver patient care in line with clinical guidelines and best practices
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including patient documentation
  • Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to meet patient needs
Requirements:
