I am working with an amazing school who are seeking an ICT Teacher to join our outstanding team, supporting pupils across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4 in a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school. If you are adaptive, empathetic, and driven by the desire to help every child reach their full potential — this is the role for you!
About the RoleAs an ICT Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative ICT lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles.
- Teach students how to use a wide range of technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools and applications, to enhance their problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Create a safe, consistent, and nurturing learning environment where students feel confident to explore technology.
- Build authentic relationships with students, understanding their unique challenges and strengths.
- Work closely with a skilled and supportive team to adapt strategies and approaches.
- Foster resilience, confidence, and a sense of achievement in every student through the power of technology.
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in working with ICT.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to integrate AI into the curriculum to inspire and engage students.
- A commitment to consistency and authenticity in your teaching style.
