About the Role:
As a key leader within the HR/OD team, you will:
- Deliver innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies to address under-representation and build a diverse workforce.
- Oversee the implementation of a new recruitment system and drive end-to-end process improvements.
- Manage senior-level recruitment, including executive and hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide expert advice on resourcing strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarking.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and values in all aspects of talent acquisition.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of resourcing professionals.

- Proven experience in strategic resourcing, talent acquisition, and workforce planning in large, complex organisations, ideally a local authority.
