Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for a Transport Coordinator to join their office in Barking.
Ideally, a minimum of 1 years experience, strong communication skills, computer skills, punctual and reliable.
Duties:
- Processing intermodal bookings, ensuring systems match.
- Liaising with operations team.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Respond/resolve customer queries.
- Invoicing
- Maintain an excellent relationship with customer.
