Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee mechanical installations on a high-end residential project. This role involves managing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities of a Mechanical Project Manager:
- Reviewing drawings and coordinating material distribution.
- Communicating effectively with site labour.
- Enforcing health and safety policies and method statements.
- Managing material schedules and orders.
- Maintaining a site diary to record and report issues.
- Monitoring site progress and guiding operatives.
- Coordinating with main contractors on access and material deliveries.
- Ensuring high standards of quality and safety on site.
- Preparing construction programmes and managing resourcing issues.
- Attending site meetings and managing risks.
- Ensuring all work complies with specifications and is properly documented.
Requirements of a Mechanical Project Manager:
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, such as APM PMQ or other recognized certification.
- Extensive experience in mechanical systems, specifically heating systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
- In-depth knowledge of heating systems, HVAC, and related mechanical systems. Familiarity with safety and quality standards for mechanical installations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to anticipate, manage, and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- CSCS card.
- HNC is preferred
