- NVQ Level 3 (minimum) and completion of at least three LEIA units.
- Extensive knowledge of lift systems.
- Strong understanding of control systems and diagnostics.
- Ability to break down issues and create action plans for resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems.
- Ability to organise, prioritise, and assign tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and guide others.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Professional phone manner and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, promoting teamwork and shared problem-solving.
