The Role: HLTA/Behaviour Mentor
This role involves working as both an HLTA and a Behaviour Mentor, supporting students in and out of the classroom. You will provide behaviour interventions, manage small group sessions, and offer 1:1 support where necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour management and a strong understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
