ARM are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator on a permanent basis. . This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right individual to work in a busy warehouse located in Barking.

The Role:

  • You will be required to book shipments with our couriers and shippers according to our UK, International and EU.
  • Source cost effective shipping options and solutions
  • Monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and resolve issues that occur
  • Liaise with our sales, finance and product development teams to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered effectively
  • Track and monitor stock levels and order components from our suppliers
  • Receive goods, quality control items and check shipping documentation

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills and excellent administration skills
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail
  • High level of numeracy and literacy in English
  • Used to using multiple computer systems with high degree of accuracy
  • Experience in shipping administration and understanding of shipping terms
