Mobile Vehicle Technician vacancy

Location: Barking
Salary: 45,222k OTE (40k basic inc London Waiting)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am -5:30pm (1 hr Unpaid lunch) , 1 Saturday morning per month in the workshop 8am - 12pm - Paid at 1.5x (time and a half)

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Vehicle Technician working for our client in the Barking area. Must be Level 3 qualified and got experience within the technician field.

Mobile Repair Technician role:

Carrying out all repair work required on the vehicles
Making sure the vehicle is fixed to a high standard and meets all safety requirements.
Assessing work needed on the vehicle as to whether it should be repaired or whether a new part is needed Recognising and documenting an additional work required
Flat the surface and apply primer followed by the topcoat of paint followed by the lacquer then polish to a finish

Mobile Repair Technician Requirements:

You will ideally be qualified to NVQ level 3 or the City and Guilds equivalent, although time served Vehicle painters, SMART Repairers, Preppers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
The client will provide any equipment that is standard to all bodyshops. Bodyshop painters, panel beater and preppers who fit the above criteria are encouraged to apply
Good understanding of bodyshop procedures
