Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Foster a positive learning environment that supports students' academic and personal growth
- Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
- A recent Science graduate with a passion for teaching
- An ECT or a teacher in the early stages of their career, eager to grow and develop in the role
- A sound understanding of the National Curriculum for Science
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
