The School are returning to the year following an exceptional set of results at GCSE Level, and are enthusiastic to build on the progress in term 1 and into the rest of the academic year. The successful English department are seeking a dynamic and passionate Teacher of English to join their department for the next two thirds of the year.

• Located close to the Elizabeth Line Station, the school is accessible for applicants from Outer and Inner London.
• Student Capacity is 1,800

The role

• Teaching classes between Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Key Stage 5 is desirable but not essential.
• Teaching both English Literature and Language.
• Joining a successful and supportive English department, with a welcoming and experienced Head of Department.
• Department is well resourced.
• 3 subject leads and 8 teachers within the department.
• Pay is in line with Inner London Teacher's Pay Scale* updated Sept 2023
• Working hours: 8.30-4pm
• Role commencing Jan 2025 Full-Time, 5 days per week
