A fantastic SEMH Secondary School in the Borough of Barking and Dagenham are seeking a confident, hardworking individual with strong academics to fill the Unqualified Behaviour Support Assistant role. You would be working through KS3, KS4 and KS5 providing support in and out of the classroom to children of all ages and abilities. Any previous experience with SEN/SEMH needs is good - this role involves leading 1:1 and small group support in Maths, English, Science and more.

Unqualified Behaviour Support Assistant Specification
- £105 - £110 daily rate
- Full-Time, Long-Term role
- 8.30am - 3.30pm
- Term-Time only
- Based in Barking and Dagenham
- Monday - Friday only
- ASAP start
The Ideal Unqualified Behaviour Support Assistant
- A graduate with strong academics, including a 1st Class degree or 2:1
- Experience working with young people in a school-based environment
- A good understanding and experience of SEN/SEMH needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
