1. Manage complex family proceedings and high-risk cases to ensure the well-being and voices of children are prioritised. 2. Provide leadership and mentorship to students and newly qualified social workers, inspiring the next generation of professionals. 3. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including health, education, police, and voluntary sector professionals, to deliver comprehensive support to families. 4. Promote timely permanency planning for children in care, helping to secure stable and loving environments. 5. Deliver outstanding social work services while upholding professional and legal standards, ensuring best practices are maintained.Qualifications:
1. Social Work Qualification (DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent). 2. Current Social Work England (SWE) registration. 3. Experience handling complex cases involving child protection, court proceedings, and risk assessment. 4. Strong analytical, reflective, and problem-solving skills. 5.
