A school in Barking and Dagenham are looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant and enthusiastic team of educators as soon as possible on a long-term basis.

Requirements of the SEN Teaching Assistant role:
- Experience working with children or adults with SEMH needs
- Team player
- Empathetic
- Clear communicator
- Hold an Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
Summary of the SEN Teaching Assistant role:
- Monday-Friday
- 8.15am-4.15pm
- Term-time only
- Barking and Dagenham, London
- £96.15-£115.35 per day dependent on experience and qualifications
Successful applicants will have experience supporting students with additional needs either in mainstream or special needs settings, or have personal experience of SEN. Personal attributes of compassion, empathy, and resilience are essential for this role.
