They are seeking someone to teach in a Year 7 class that is working at a Year 1/2 academic level and thrives on creative, engaging teaching that meets their individual needs. We welcome applications from a variety of backgrounds, including:

  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to start their journey in a specialist school with exceptional support and training.
  • Experienced SEN Teachers or teachers from mainstream settings with a passion for making a difference.
  • Aspiring psychologists, therapists, or professionals aiming to gain invaluable experience in working with young people with SEND and behavioural needs.
  • Sports coaches or teachers with a sports background who can bring energy, creativity, and resilience to the classroom.
  • Individuals with experience in youth justice, children's care homes, or supporting young offenders, who understand the importance of patience, compassion, and tailored support.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an SEN Teacher, you'll:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of your students.
  • Use your energy and creativity to manage behavioural challenges positively and build strong relationships with your class.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to support every student's academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Inspire confidence, resilience, and a love of learning in students who may have faced barriers in the past.
