Your Responsibilities:
- Engage and Educate: Deliver engaging lessons, either online or in-person, to help students excel in core subjects.
- Personalized Teaching: Assess each student's abilities and adapt your teaching methods to meet their needs.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with class teachers to design and implement individualized lesson plans.
- Commitment: Be dedicated and flexible with your hours to meet the needs of the students.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications and Experience: You should be a Qualified Teacher (QTS), an experienced tutor, or a school support worker with relevant qualifications and at least 6 months of experience.
- Curriculum Knowledge: A strong understanding of the UK curriculum and excellent subject knowledge.
- Classroom Management: Confident in managing classroom behaviour and delivering engaging lessons.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using IT systems for online tutoring sessions.
- New Graduates Welcome: Fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
- An Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this) and two professional references.
- You must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK, even for online assignments.
