Sharp Consultancy are excited to be working with a market Leading business, whichare continuously growing and expect that growth to continue in the coming years.This business supports well known brands across the UK and have a great reputation due to the services the offer.

They are looking for a HR Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis that will contribute and continue with the improvements that have been made across the department over recent years.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice and support to colleagues on all aspects of HR and Payroll.
  • Document and report on employee relation cases proactively and effectively.
  • Documenting long term Sickness Absence, Maternity and Paternity.
  • Providing reports to the Senior Executive Team (SET) on Sickness Absence, Disciplinary, Grievance, Retention, Attrition.
  • Managing all aspects of the Recruitment process, including support to the advertisement of vacancies, sifting of applicants, screening and organising of interviews.
  • Managing all employee data in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Skills & experience required:

  • A high level of HR experience.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced Environment.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • CPD or willing to undertake CIPD qualification (Study support can be funded if required).
