Counterbalance FLT Driver

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment have partnered with a company in Chesterfield who are looking for Counterbalance FLT Drivers.

This is a temporary to permanent position with progression opportunities!

Responsibilities of the job:

• Picking stock, putting stock away
• Goods in and goods out
• Load and unload bays
• Moving empty pallets from the warehouse out into the yard
• Stacking empty pallets in the yard up to 20 high

Important Information:

• Must be willing to work the 4on 4off shift pattern – be aware that this is two days and two nights
• First full day will be a classroom induction
• Must have a solid ability to read and write
• Must have FULL B1 Counterbalance licence in date or refreshed within the last 3 years

The hours:

4 on 4 off shift pattern

2 days (6am-6pm) followed by 2 nights (6pm-6am)

The pay:

Induction rate - £11.44 per hour

FLT rate - £13.35 per hour
