Job Title: Fabricator/Welder
Location: Birtley
Salary: £17.00 per hour (+ Overtime at Time and a Half)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday), Overtime available
About the Role:
My client is seeking experienced Fabricator/Welders with a strong background in steel work to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have experience in metalworking, with a particular focus on steel fabrication and site installation of metalwork and steel structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and welding of steel components
- Installation of metal and steelwork on-site
- Workshop-based work available for those without site experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fabrication and welding
- Knowledge of metalworking, specifically with steel
- CSCS card is advantageous but not essential
- Must provide own welding mask (overalls, boots, and gloves are provided)
