I am currently recruiting for a small, award winning hotel & restaurant group looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join their strong brigade for their multi rosette hotel restaurant in the stunning Snowdonia National Park.

The successful Chef de Partie must have strong experience for 2yrs+ cooking within 1/2/AA+ rosette level restaurants and/or 4/5* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.

In this instance, applicants must have access to personal transport and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
