About The Role: Hotel Manager

You will have a first class background of delivering an exceptional wedding guest experience, within a luxury hotel venue with grace & charm to compliment the stature of this role .

The Hotel Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of this unique Wedding Venue. They will lead and coach the Team to deliver the highest standards of service, aiming to go above and beyond the expectations of our Wedding Guests, with an eye for detail, delivering memorable moments, every time.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong F&B and Wedding operational background:Delivering a high volume of wedding events, tailoring every occasion, and delivering those personal touches.
  • Partnering our Central Wedding Sales Team:In the seamless event execution from enquiry, through to Wedding delivery.
  • Delivering Outstanding Showrounds & Menu Tasting:Working with the Head Chef and Central Wedding Sales Team, to provide a flavour of what our Wedding Guests will experience, on the day of their wedding.
  • Food & Beverage:You will have the ability to define standards and deliver consistency, across F&B areas, including volume banqueting, within a 4/5-star environment.
  • Team Management:Strong hands-on leadership qualities, fostering a clear Team goal, that every Wedding is an individual, tailored occasion, where we aim to go above and beyond our wedding guests expectations. This is not an office-based role, the successful candidate will have an eye for detail and adopt a Mine-Host approach to managing this stunning Wedding Venue.
  • Control payroll costs:Deliver a commercial understanding of payroll management, allowing for seasonality, but not at the detriment of quality or service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A strong Leader and Team player, with an engaging personality, driving daily communication, with proven experience in a senior management role within a luxury Hotel or Wedding Venue.
  • Strong financial acumen with prior cost and payroll management experience.
  • Exceptional hands-on leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of presentation and functionality.
