Position Overview:
Working on behalf of this wonderful and supportive school I am seeking a passionate, part time teacher to join the dedicated team.

This is a role which may turn into a permanent position, providing a unique opportunity for a dedicated teacher in the area to find a job for life!

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, adapting strategies to meet the varying needs of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, implementing effective behavior management techniques.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote development.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to create individualised plans and strategies for students with additional needs and/or challenging behavior.
Engage with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication regarding student progress..Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
Proven ability to create an inspiring and supportive learning environment for all students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school community.
