Job Title: Year 3 TeacherLocation: Barnard Castle and Surrounding Areas
Empowering Learning are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers to work in primary settings in and around the Barnard Castle area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising staff on individual pupil needs and developing tailored learning plans.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Create a positive and nurturing environment that promotes pupils' emotional well-being and self-confidence.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage pupils and enhance their learning experience.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to families, colleagues, and pupils.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the wider school community.
- Provide accurate administration support related to pupil progress and data.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of special education.
- Demonstrate proven experience working with pupils within Year 3.
- Hold a degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Be passionate about promoting pupil well-being and helping every child reach their potential.
- Have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum objectives and expectations.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Be patient, empathetic, resilient, and proactive in overcoming challenges.
- Bring high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to the role.
