Are you an exceptional School Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth running of a growing school? Join our team as a dedicated Administrator at a dynamic school in Barnet, London and support our staff, pupils, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective systems to support school practices and procedures.
  • Coordinate annual reviews for pupils, liaising with external agencies and managing meetings and events.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management in line with school policies and data protection regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, including managing the website and policies.
  • Administer HR and recruitment processes, manage the Single Central Record, and oversee new starter inductions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within an education setting.
  • Strong organisational and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Knowledge of data protection and safeguarding regulations in education.
