The Role
As an Internal Telesales Agent, you’ll play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, identifying decision-makers, and sparking interest in our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database
- Identify and build rapport with decision-makers in target companies
- Qualify leads based on business needs and our service offerings
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and account managers
- Effectively communicate service value to engage potential clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions and leads
- Achieve and exceed targets for calls made, meetings scheduled, and lead conversions
- Coordinate closely with account managers to ensure a smooth handover
- Stay updated on the company products, services, and industry trends to communicate effectively

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a goal-driven, resilient individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Confidence in speaking with decision-makers and managing objections
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not essential
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to perform under pressure while staying focused on results
