The Role

As an Internal Telesales Agent, you’ll play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, identifying decision-makers, and sparking interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database
  • Identify and build rapport with decision-makers in target companies
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and our service offerings
  • Schedule meetings between potential clients and account managers
  • Effectively communicate service value to engage potential clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions and leads
  • Achieve and exceed targets for calls made, meetings scheduled, and lead conversions
  • Coordinate closely with account managers to ensure a smooth handover
  • Stay updated on the company products, services, and industry trends to communicate effectively
