Drinkstuff are a leading company in Foodservice sector, an established and highly successful supplier of catering equipment offering a huge selection of barware, tableware and other quality products to 1000’s of loyal customers.
Operating from a state-of-the-art facility with over 100,000 sq foot of warehousing space Drinkstuff are a fast-growing business.
I have been retained to help Drinkstuff find a new Business Development Manager, this person will be important in helping them achieve their ambitious growth and expansion plans.
Job Summary:
Drinkstuff are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their dynamic sales team. The primary focus of this role is to pursue and secure new business opportunities within the Foodservice sector. Candidates will possess a proven track record of success, exceeding sales targets, a strong understanding of the foodservice industry and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
- Proactively identify and target potential new clients to including independents and groups in the hospitality, education, care, and leisure sectors.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
Experience required:
- Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the catering equipment, foodservice or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the sector and its equipment needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Benefits:
- Salary would be dependant on experience c£45-55k basic plus a lucrative commission structure.
