Marketing Manager

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engines for future business plans.
  • Conduct market research
  • Manage and plan budgets.
  • Stay up to date with industry related trends.
  • Create and curate content for our website and social media channels.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of our digital marketing efforts, using data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop lead generation campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.

Experience, skills, and attributes:

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager who is confident working independently and able to hit the ground running.

  • Educated to degree level in marketing or business-related subject, e.g., CIM.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in product marketing.
  • Outstanding copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Ability to understand the target market at a high level.
  • Proven experience working on online and offline marketing activities.
  • Outstanding written communication and verbal reasoning skills, with excellent English.
  • Excellent planning, documentation, presentation and organisational skills with meticulous approach and thorough attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience of managing budgets and proving ROI.
  • Social media profile management and audience growth.
  • Proven experience of pay per click campaign management.
  • Creative, ambitious with ability to lead, inspire and excite.
  • Proven experience of building relationships with key industry publications to gain media coverage.
  • Computer and systems literate with good analytical/numerical skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work
