We have exciting opportunities available to work with children aged 6 months to 4 years in a state-of-the-art setting in Barnet. As a key person, you'll have the opportunity to build strong attachments and unique bonds with your key children. Come join us and make a difference.
Full Time- 40 hours per week
Flexible shifts between 8:00-18:00 Monday-Friday. 50 weeks per year (Not term time)
Up to 25,900 per annum (Dependent on qualifications, experience and including performance related bonus. We also offer an additional salary enhancement for Level 5, 6 and QTS qualified)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (minimum NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children.
