Our client, Barnet Council. is looking for a Interim Valuation Surveyor to join their Team.
Essential Qualifications:
- RICS Membership
- Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive - If you don't have access to a vehicle, a pool car will be provided for work purposes.
Desirable:
- Local government experience as a valuer

- Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property valuations for Right to Buy.
- Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings.
- Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members
