Colindale/Hybrid with borough-wide site visits as needed
Essential Qualifications:
* RICS Membership
* Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive - If access to a vehicle is not available, a pool car will be provided for work purposes.
Desirable:
* Local government experience as a valuer

About the Role:
An experienced and motivated Interim Valuation Surveyor is being sought to join the team. The successful candidate will:
* Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring high-quality delivery of property valuations for Right to Buy.
* Conduct unaccompanied site visits to various locations, including construction sites and buildings.
* Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and provide support to other team members.
