My client, a forward-thinking multi-disciplinary firm renowned for delivering top-tier services across various sectors, is seeking skilled Senior Building Surveyors to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to make an impact in both advisory and project-driven roles, offering a perfect balance of professional services and project management.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take on the role of contract administrator, lead consultant, or project manager for projects ranging from 500K to 6m. You will deliver core building surveying services, including defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, landlord and tenant matters, and reinstatement cost assessments.

• Acting as contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager on a wide range of projects.
• Providing core services such as defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and reinstatement cost assessments.
• Managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions.

The ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have:

• MRICS qualification with significant post-qualification experience.
• A strong understanding of JCT contracts (essential).
• A proven track record in managing complex projects and providing tailored solutions to clients.
• A drive to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive team.

• Salary: 75K - 80K, depending on experience and aptitude.
