Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 with oncall
Salary: £ 60,000 - £65,000 per annum - Dependant on experience
Exciting Career Opportunity for an Experienced Clinical Service Manager
Role Overview: Appoint Healthcare is proud to partner with a leading eating disorders service in Enfield, currently recruiting for an experienced RMN or RNLD with significant managerial experience seeking a permanent service manager role. This leading UK facility specialising in the treatment of eating disorders. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Service Manager to lead our innovative treatment programmes, including a Recovery Unit and a High Dependency Unit (HDU). These units are designed to stabilise and improve the health of patients aged 8-18 facing complex challenges due to eating disorders and related mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance care standards, ensuring all practices promote positive outcomes.
- Manage operational and budgetary aspects of the service, maintaining efficiency and high occupancy levels.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, and lead improvements in service delivery.
- Foster a positive work culture, support staff development, and maintain strong community relations.
Requirements:
- RMN / RNLD qualification with significant post-graduate mental health experience.
- Proven management experience and a track record in clinical service management.
- ENB 998 or equivalent. Experience at B7 or equivalent management experience
- Clinical Service Manager experience working in mental health as a Ward manager at or equivalent in both inpatient and community settings
- Strong IT and communication skills, with the ability to manage change effectively.
- - Motivated / Enthusiastic/ Creative, Compassionate, Flexibility, approachable, sensitive and accessible
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK, with valid NMC registration.
