Description

  • Security Systems Installation Support: Assist in coordinating and managing security system installations, ensuring all necessary processes are followed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, addressing inquiries, and responding to customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communication & Coordination: Take messages and pass them on to engineers and relevant teams to ensure timely response and resolution of issues.
  • System Management: Use the system to generate accurate quotes for customers and assist in the invoicing process.
  • Process Adherence: Follow and help maintain the correct procedures and processes for installations, customer service, and invoicing.
  • High Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in all aspects of the job, from message-taking to generating quotes and managing invoicing.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative duties related to installations, invoicing, and customer service.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Admin should have:
