L2/L3 Early Years Educator - Barnet - Immediate Start
We are looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Educators to join a fantastic nursery school in Barnet! This is a full term and permanent position starting as soon as possible.
The roleAs a passionate Early Years Educator, you will transform nursery curriculums into fun and exciting adventures, encouraging children to dream big, think critically, and explore their environment with confidence. With access to innovative resources and training, you will not only ignite creativity in young minds but also enhance your own skills and growth as an Early Years Educator.
The ideal Early Years Educator
- Hold a Level 2 OR Level 3 EYFS qualification
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy.
- Proven ability to engage children in learning through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Serve as a positive role model.
- Maintain a flexible, "can do" attitude.
- Demonstrate a passion for working with young children
Salary is dependent on relevant qualification level and experience.
