Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to Nursery-aged children, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.

- Work closely with the EYFS teacher to plan and deliver engaging activities that inspire a love of learning.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering feedback and adapting support to meet individual needs.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, supporting school-wide initiatives that promote creativity and well-being.
Candidate Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) with proven experience in a Nursery setting.
- Strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Creative and imaginative approach to supporting young children's development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of early learners.
