About the School & Role:

Academics Ltd is working with a highly regarded school in Barnet that provides a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners. The school is seeking an Early Years Support TA who is dedicated to fostering children's natural curiosity and development.

As part of a collaborative Early Years team, you will work closely with a Team Leader and fellow staff members, taking responsibility for specific curriculum areas while also supporting lessons, play, and snack duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
