Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Barnet

Start Date: ASAP

Day Rate: £85 to £95 a day

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the learning and development of the students, whilst gaining valuable experience in the field of education.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with planning and delivery of lessons under the guidance of the class teacher

· Work with individuals or small groups of students to provide additional support and guidance

· Help to monitor student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher

· Support the class teacher with administrative tasks such as preparing materials and marking

· Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

· A strong passion for education and helping young people to achieve their potential

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· The ability to work effectively as part of a team

· Flexibility and adaptability

Experience of working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
