Start Date: April 2025Working Pattern: Full-time and flexible working options available - we welcome applications from individuals seeking long-term positions as well as part-time or short-term roles.Daily Rate: £90-£120, depending on experience.
The Role:-
Provide bespoke one-to-one and small group support for pupils with neurodiverse profiles, including autism.

Collaborate closely with the SENDCo and specialist teachers to deliver on EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) targets.

Support pupils in developing their social interaction and communication skills.

Contribute to the creation of a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Utilise de-escalation strategies and positive behaviour support techniques to promote pupil progress.

Previous experience supporting children with SEND, particularly those with autism and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude towards supporting children's education and wellbeing.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
