Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? LTF Recruitment seeks a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to assist a Year 5 student with ASD, OCD, and Tourette's, who requires support outside the classroom setting. This role involves fostering a supportive environment to enhance the student's educational experience and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised 1:1 support to the student, ensuring safety and emotional comfort.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of strategies to support students with emotional and behavioural challenges.
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and external support teams.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or special needs (desirable).
