NMS Recruit is partnering with a highly respected Financial Services firm based in Barnet to secure a Mortgage Advisor. This is a full-time opportunity for a strategic financial leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and requirements
  • Provide guidance and advice on mortgage options, terms, and conditions
  • Evaluate client creditworthiness and determine mortgage eligibility
  • Collaborate with underwriters, administrators, solicitors, to ensure smooth mortgage processing
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices
  • Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, solicitors and clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
  • Managing the entire mortgage application process.
  • Handle often-complex client queries on a day-to-day basis;
  • Provide high-quality service

Required Skills and Experience:
  • You'll be CeMAP qualified
  • Have 1+ years experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Have Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
  • Excellent communication abilities with a passion for delighting customers
  • Be a self-starter and highly motivated to deliver amazing customer experience
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships across internal team members (i.e. our Pre Application, Case Management and Underwriting teams)
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment embracing continuous improvement
