Global Accounting Network are currently partnered exclusively with an established but growing property business to recruit for a Finance Manager on a part-time basis, working 2.5-3 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced professional to take on a role with significant responsibility whilst balancing alongside other commitments on a part-time basis.
Duties in this Finance Manager job will include preparing and maintaining financial reports and statements, line management of the current bookkeeper, assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, collaborating with the team to streamline accounting processes, overseeing the payables and receivables processes and other ad-hoc duties to support the business from an accounting perspective.
The ideal candidate for this part-time Finance Manager job will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified, looking for an integral role with significant responsibility, but be keen to work on a part-time basis, 2.5-3 days per week. This could suit somebody who is qualified by experience or somebody who is studying and part-qualified or a finalist. Experience gained within the property sector would be a bonus as would knowledge of service charge accounting.
