My client is a well-established hydraulic hose repair company. Offering remote 24/7 emergency repairs within a range of industries. My client are currently growing and are on the lookout for a hungry engineer who is keen to forge a career within a fast paced engineering role. This Junior Hydraulic Hose Engineers role will allow you to gain experience in attending various sites and assisting with hydraulic hose replacements before growing into more challenging jobs as your progress within your career.
Junior Hydraulic Hose Engineer
North West London£23,000 - £25,000 (DOE) Starting Salary - Fully stocked van, phone, tablet, bonus based on the vans turnover, 23 days holidays plus bank holidays, on call and overtime.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with other mobile engineers to assist with issues on other sites if required.
- Ensure all HSE guidelines are followed.
- Provide professional onsite hydraulic hose replacement services to a high standard.
- Increasing customer portfolio and company brand awareness within sector.
- Maintaining vehicles stock levels, maintenance and documentation.
- Generating new business and upselling with existing clients where possible.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and make changes when required.
To apply you MUST have or hold:
- Understanding of hydraulic hose replacement is beneficial.
- Able to present yourself professionally.
- Positive “Can do” attitude
- Mechanically minded as a minimum
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic general knowledge of hydraulic components.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
- Full UK driver’s license
- Be able to manage workload effectively and to suit the business’s needs.
